A delicious summer treat back by popular demand!
In late summer, fishermen along the east coast catch lobsters around 4 to 5 years old weighing 1lb each, they are especially tender and slightly sweet in taste.
We are taking advantage of this summer treat, buying them daily from the ice cold waters off Scotland (when weather permits), and east of England when the waters are too hazardous up north.
