Get up close and personal with your table right in the heart of our bustling kitchen. Your ring side seat is pure culinary theatre, giving you the full experience of a professional kitchen at work.
We will create for you a bespoke 5 course tasting menu with each course introduced by the chef. Our General Manager will specially choose the flight of wines to match each of your courses.
The chef will invite your party to ‘the pass’ and explain the sourcing and the cooking.
5 courses including wines to match £110pp.
A four course lunch option is also available.
