We are delighted to have Willie Ritch joining us once again from his idyllic Fingask Farm in Aberdeenshire for a dinner devoted to beef from his single estate grass fed beef herd. We find the flavour from his herds (a cross between Aberdeen Angus and Limousin) to be unrivalled. The cattle feed from the lush rolling pastures, mash from the local distilleries and drink from the crystal clear waters of the burns.
