Fiercely independent, we started Opus 10 years ago, fuelled by a passion for market fresh.
Ingredient-led, we buy each day from our family of suppliers around the British Isles, celebrating beautiful market fresh British produce through menus which allow the flavors of the top class ingredients to shine through.
We wait to see what the fisherman has landed and what veg the farmer has picked before we write our menu. Fiercely committed to our core values of quality and an ethical approach to food we buy the best seasonal, home grown ingredients.
We have made it our mission to introduce customers to our family of suppliers through our SOURCE dinner series. Everyone should have the opportunity to meet our farmers, fishermen and wine makers and hear their compelling stories.
Our Kitchen Table, established in 2009, is the equivalent of culinary theatre, allowing diners to get the full sounds, smells and sights of a professional kitchen at work while enjoying a five course tasting menu.

We have two lovely private dining rooms for intimate dinner parties or larger events. You’ll be surprised at just how flexible we can be in arranging your event.
We love this business so much that we opened a Café within the Ikon contemporary art gallery in Brindleyplace, part of the entertainment and convention quarter, and a Bar at One Snowhill.
